About Lilthea Designs

We created Lilthea Designs in order to provide websites for individuals or small businesses that operate on a limited budget.  We strive to create websites that reflect the desires or personality of the client.  In accomplishing this, we work very closely with the client, utilizing email correspondence and a questionnaire we devised specifically to ascertain the client's wishes.
